our youngest son

This is our youngest son. We just recently celebrated his 4th birthday. He was really excited about blowing candles, having cake, ice cream and opening his gifts. His Grandma Veloy, Aunt Cami, and cousins Martha, Issiah, and Elizabeth came to celebrate his day. Then the next day we celebrated Issiahs 3rd birthday. We all had a good time.

He is a loving, happy child. He loves for me to still hold him. I guess you can say he is a Mamas boy. He only wants his mom when he is crying and hurt. He finds comfort when I hold him while he sucks his thumb and plays with my hair with the other hand. I think my hair is thiner because of this. But when he gets upset, look out. I think that he is here to make me laugh. He does this smile that I call a "Cheesy Smile". It makes me laugh every time. I think that he started doing it when he was 2.
There was one time when I just happened to walk past the boys bathroom and he was in there with his toy fishing pole. He was waiting for the "Catch of the day". I just had to get a picture to show Randy and also as proof that he did that for future use. I bet he will not believe me that he ever did that. What joy he brings me. All my children bring me joy, and laughter.
He does not look like his brothers. He looks like my side of the family. When he was younger I could really see my Grandpa and Dad in his looks.Or it could be the lack of hair? I may not have any girls but I do have 1 child that looks like my side.

Thank you!

Thanks to my brother-in-law Aaron, We have music! So turn on your speakers and hear some of the music I like. Thanks to my sister Kim I was able to add Randy so he can blog. If he so wishes. Which I hope he does. (Hint, hint.Wink, wink) I love having family that you can call and they are there to lend a helping hand even if it is over the phone. Life is so much easier when you have people to help you and of course you help them when they need it. The church has always taught that we should serve each other. I love that about the church. We all can be a good example by doing service. Even if it is just a little thing you do, it may help the other person a lot and you just never know the impact that you have. Even if you are smiling it may brighten someones day. So thank you to all that have made my life a little easier. Especially to my loving husband! Love you Randy.

my least favorite chore to do

I have learned that over the years that my least favorite chore is bathroom duty. Cleaning around and in the toilet is the worst part. I am in a house of 4 "boys". The boys bathroom is the worst one. Even if I scrub and scrub, bleach, spray, and mop the floor and walls. I can still smell that aweful smell. It drives me bananas! I can't ignore it 'cause it will just get worse. You would think that it would be so easy to make it in the toilet. My youngest two think that the toothpastes belongs on the mirrors. It seems like they do this just shortly after I clean it. How frustrating is that? Very. But I love my boys and I know that the bathroom has to be done. I have even tried to get my oldest to do toilet duty. He has done it 2 times and both times he has complained how gross it is. I am hoping that someday I will not have to worry about this. I hope that they will have better aim really soon. I think that it mostly happens when thay are half asleep. I am really hoping that my boys will take over that chore. But until then I must conquer that bathroom and win that fight. So if you have any advice to give feel free to let me know.
